All Kidoodle orders are generally shipped out locally from Australia within one or two working days after the order is placed. We use a variety of couriers to provide the most efficient delivery services at the most reasonable rate.

How long does it take to deliver?

Whilst timeframes are often shorter than stated below, see below our estimated delivery time frames:

Off season

For customers in Victoria, approximately 2 - 8 working days;
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 4 -10 working days;
For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 6 - 12 working days.

Peak season

For customers in Victoria, approximately 6 - 13 working days;
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 8 - 13 working days;
For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 10 - 15 working days.

NOTE - The times above are a guideline and many customers receive their orders quicker than the estimated delivery times shown.  The higher end of timeframes are generally only for very large items, and items being delivered to more remote areas in each state.

Australia post

Australia Post will send items with either Parcel Post or Express Post. We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched. If the delivery is missed or there is no safe place to leave the item, it will be taken to the closest Post Office for collection.

Aramex

We will provide an email confirmation email confirmation from Aramex along with a tracking number as soon as orders are dispatched, and you may also receive email updates.
Aramax has an ATL (Authority to Leave) service and signature-required services. If the courier is unable to leave the parcel in a safe place for either of these services, the parcel will be taken back to the nearest collection point or depot. A non-PO Box address is required for Aramex delivery.

Allied express

Allied Express will generally contact you before delivery via SMS or a phone call, and to verify the delivery was completed. If the delivery is missed, the driver will leave a note with instructions to arrange collection or re-delivery.

You can use your allocated consignment number and postcode to track their order on Allied Express here: Allied Express.

Team Global Express

A non-PO Box address is required for Team Global Express delivery. If the delivery is missed, you should receive a card with instructions to collect the parcel. You can also visit the Team Global Express website to arrange a re-delivery.

Hunter Couriers

As with all Kidoodle orders, you will receive an email containing a tracking number once the order has been dispatched. The item will be returned to the depot if the delivery is missed, and your customers will be notified to arrange a re-delivery. A non-PO Box address is required for Hunter Express delivery.

Couriers Please

CouriersPlease deliveries are ‘Signature Required’. When the order is placed, you may receive an email asking to choose a delivery option between ATL (Authority to Leave), collection point delivery, deliver to a neighbour, new address, or to reschedule delivery.

Other Important Shipping Information

Inaccurate address

If your address is not accepted in our system for any reason, we will attempt to reach out to you to rectify the issue.  If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, a Kidoodle team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

Refer to the detailed information on partner courier services above.  In general, a notification will be left in the mailbox to pick up your parcel at your local post office if you are not present when the order is delivered by Australia Post.

At times, when your item is being delivered by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements may be made in advance to deliver your item at your convenience.  A re-delivery cost may occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

Rejected by Receiver

If your item is a gift, it can be very helpful to kindly ensure the gift receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost may occur if the parcel has to be resent.

The expected time delivery provided by each courier partner is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons.
If you do not receive your item within ten business days, kindly contact our customer service team.

Unfortunately, pick up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouses.

Note: If more than one item is in a single order, there may be times when they are delivered separately, especially in the case of very large items such as outdoor play equipment, combined with smaller items including games and puzzles. There is no extra delivery charge for items delivered separately.
