Clear instructions, lovely wood and best of all my daughter LOVES IT :) I can even fit inside the cubby too :)

We asked some friends to help us set up. One was a tradie and came armed with tools. It took over 8 hours and 3 men to set up most of this item. We still have the interior to go. Was not expecting such a detailed set up. Is a beautiful cubby house but be prepared it is not a quick or easy set up

Took a very long time for 2 adults to assemble (12+ hours). Clearly a mass produced American item. Floor doesn't meet Australian standards: instructions indicate to screw planks flush together, but need to leave gaps to allow to expansion in Australian heat, so had to cut one piece down to allow this. Some pieces weren't quite square. But, overall comparing to similar sized products out there this is VERY reasonably priced, very sturdy and most of all my son LOVES it.

Love this play house. It arrived three weeks early. The instructions were easy to follow and we had it together in about four hours. The only issue would be the door hardware is not ideal. The parts didn't line up 100% so we had to trim the wood a very small bit, but everything is asy to fix. We also added a slide. We are very pleased with this cubby house set.
